Kimberly Glaudy, author, visionary, mentor and servant, is a current resident of Houston, TX who has worked in youth and community development organizations for over 20 years. She received a Bachelor's in Cultural Anthropology and has Master Degrees in Organizational Management and Leadership, and another in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kimberly's dedication to serving others has led her to career opportunities working alongside families experiencing homelessness, people seeking asylum, youth in state custody, minor females who survived sex trafficking, and assisting in church operations, and teaching trauma-informed care to service providers throughout the United States and globally. Today, Kimberly leads a therapeutic group practice, Family Foundation Initiatives, PLLC, dedicated to building healthy communities, strong families, and resilient individuals.

Deidre Jones, a relentless collaborator who has provided guidance, encouragement and support for hundreds of individuals throughout her career. Fondly referred to as Ms.Dee, Deidre’s belief in understanding and the acceptance of others has led to her passion of connecting with harder to reach individuals such as the those with chronical mental illness, behavioral challenges, housing deficiencies, substance use histories, and the aging. Likewise, Deidre finds joy in creating community-based collaboration, including faith-based organizations. Simply put, she is passionate about supporting and being alongside others as they grow in their strength.
Deidre brings more than twenty five years of health and wellness experience.
Deidre holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College, and has maintained her Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional for over two decades. In addition, she continues to be certified in pharmacology, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mental health first aid.

Cicely Dove, a passionate servant leader with over two decades of program management and organizational leadership within the nonprofit sector. The core values of integrity, mutual respect and servant leadership were embedded in Cicely at an early age, steering her to the field of social work. Throughout her career she has mentored, coached and provided leadership support to hundreds of individuals.
Cicely holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College, a Master’s of Science, specializing in Organizational Management and Leadership, and has completed academic studies in pursuit of a doctorate in Human Services, with a special concentration in Public Service Leadership.
Along with providing various coaching services to her clients, Cicely's flagship program is one to be experienced. "Lead In Ladies" is a specialized leadership coaching program for women seeking to optimize their professional and personal life.
